According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A customer at a store on Whiskey Road on Monday found two small plastic bags of what police believe to be cocaine by her vehicle in the store's parking lot.

An Aiken woman was detained for shoplifting on Monday after allowing her juvenile son to eat grocery items in a store on York Street and trying to leave the store without paying for the items.

A 40-year-old Aiken man was detained for disorderly conduct on Tuesday after shouting and cursing at a woman at a gas station on York Street.

A basketball goal was reported stolen from a business on Pine Log Road on Monday.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff's Office:

A 21-year-old Warrenville man was detained for disorderly conduct on Monday after he was found intoxicated and sitting in a vehicle on Augusta Road in Clearwater. He was also charged with open container after officers found an open beer in the center cup holder.

Copper wiring was reported stolen from the air conditioner units at two homes on Durango Pine Lane in Beech Island on Monday.

A burglary was reported at a home on Mim Woodring Drive in North Augusta on Monday. The owner reported jewelry and checkbooks missing.

An additional burglary was reported on Melody Lane in North Augusta on Tuesday.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Elm Street in Beech Island on Monday. The owner reported cash missing from the unlocked vehicle.

A trailer was reported stolen from a business on Richland Avenue in Aiken on Monday.
