According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A 24-year-old Aiken woman found a bag of a leafy, green substance believed to be marijuana under a table in a restaurant on Richland Avenue on Wednesday.

A 56-year-old Aiken man was detained for shoplifting on Wednesday after he took about $14 in candy from a store on Laurens Street.

A 22-year-old Aiken man reported on Wednesday that an unknown person damaged his vehicle while it was parked outside his home on Hampton Avenue.

A 77-year-old Aiken woman reported her wallet stolen on Monday after she left it in a restaurant on Whiskey Road. She went back to the restaurant to get the wallet but was told it had not been returned.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A burglary was reported on Taylor Plantation Lane in Langley on Wednesday. The owner reported a laptop, a firearm and medication missing.

Additional burglaries were reported on McNair Drive in North Augusta, Sandy Lane in Aiken and Rebel Road in Aiken.
