According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

Police detained a subject on Friday night after they were called to the victim’s residence in Salley for a domestic incident. Officers noted the subject attacked the victim causing bruises to her face.

An Aiken man reported on Friday that someone trespassed in his backyard on Johnny Street and caused $100 worth of damage to his property.

Police took a Wagener man into custody on Friday for driving in Salley while intoxicated.

An Aiken woman reported on Friday that someone broke into her car on Dominion Drive. The subject broke through the passenger door window and stole her purse and several other items.

A Beech Island man reported on Friday that someone broke into his home on Pine Log Road. Several items were taken, including an iPad.

Police arrested an Augusta man on Friday for driving down Bridgestone Parkway in Granitveille while intoxicated and while in simple possession of marijuana.
