Abraham Jerry, 58 — simple larceny
James Antonio Frazier, 18 — shoplifting more than $2,000 two counts, shoplifting value $2,000 or less, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, simple possession of marijuana
Terry Ashton Cook, 20 — legal custodian unlawful neglect of child or helpless person four counts, murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime if not also sentenced to life
Courtney Dawn McNair, 39 — trespassing after notice
George Colie Cook, 26 — driving under suspension, open container of beer/wine
Callie Edward Snipes, 26 — driving under suspension first offense, uninsured vehicle operator, improper vehicle license
