Letter: Concentrate on neighbors first

While I do believe the city has done a decent job with the cleanup, I feel in certain cases their priorities were a bit off. On March 10 or 11, I drove by Hopelands Gardens and City crews were hard at work clearing the debris. While the Gardens are a fantastic asset for the whole community, I feel that, prior to working there, roads and neighborhoods should have received first priority.

There were dangers with all that debris in roadways and sidewalks. The Gardens were closed. Someone did not think the process through.
