According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A burglary was reported at a home on Camellia Street on Tuesday. The owner reported that an air conditioner unit was taken apart and copper wiring was stolen.

A 57-year-old Aiken woman reported identity theft on Wednesday after learning that someone filed a tax return in her name.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Edgefield Avenue on Wednesday. The owner reported a window broken and her purse missing.

Hubcaps were reported stolen from a City of Aiken vehicle on Laurens Street on Wednesday.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A burglary was reported at a home on Glover Street in Warrenville on Wednesday. The owner reported a television stolen.

An additional burglary was reported on Finley Street in Warrenville on Wednesday.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Jefferson Davis Highway in North Augusta on Wednesday. The owner reported a window broken and damage to the steering column and ignition.

Additional vehicle break-ins were reported on Millrose Circle in Beech Island, Jefferson Davis Highway in Clearwater, Huckleberry Drive in Aiken, Camp Rawls Road in Wagener, Forest Drive in North Augusta and Jefferson Davis Highway in North Augusta.

A vehicle was reported stolen from Honeysuckle Court in Aiken on Wednesday.
