According to reports from Aiken Public Safety:

A burglary was reported at a home on Whiskey Road on Tuesday. The owner reported damage and graffiti on a wall inside the home.

A 47-year-old Aiken woman reported identity theft on Tuesday; someone had already filed an income tax return in her name.

A 54-year-old Aiken woman reported jewelry stolen from her home on Tuesday.

A 24-year-old North Augusta man was detained for shoplifting on Tuesday.

According to the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A burglary was reported on Hermitage Lane in North Augusta on Tuesday.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Jefferson Davis Highway in Clearwater on Tuesday.

A 35-year-old Graniteville man was jailed for criminal domestic violence on Tuesday after he allegedly pushed his wife during an argument, causing her to strike her head on a recliner. She also suffered carpet burns to parts of her skin.
