According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A Johnston woman reported vandalism on Wednesday after someone scratched the paint on her vehicle with a sharp object while she was in a store on Richland Avenue.

Vehicle break-ins were reported on Wednesday on Augustus Road and Rutland Drive. Purses were reported missing in each break-in.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A 60-year-old Aiken man reported identity theft on Wednesday after learning that someone filed a tax return in his name.

An Aiken man reported a generator stolen from his home on Eastwood Court on Wednesday.

Burglaries were reported Wednesday on Bryan Drive in Bath and Berry Road in Salley.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Old Cherokee Drive in Clearwater on Wednesday.

A vehicle was reported stolen from Edgefield Road in North Augusta on Wednesday.
