I write this short discourse to help you answer the most difficult question that we must face today, i.e., how can we reduce unemployment?

Here is one answer for Aiken, which can be implemented without much difficulty. The basic problem is that many unemployed residents have a phone, but find it hard to enter and upload a resume. The local officials could enact a program to provide Internet hot spots to the public.

This would make it easier to use a laptop. Users could then access the Internet easier and closer. The hot spots could be located at public parks and fire stations. I live near Henderson Preserve and Earnest Weaver Park. This is not just another good idea, this is Aikenís answer.
