Residents are invited to the Ford Gordon Dinner Theatre to watch the Broadway hit “Never Too Late” on Friday, May 2.


Through the City of Aiken Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department, registration is now open and closes Thursday, April 17.


The cost for the trip is $59 per person, and includes dinner, transportation and tickets to the show.


The trip will depart the H. Odell Weeks Activities Center, 1700 Whiskey Road, at 5:30 and return at 11:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:45 p.m., dinner will be served at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 8 p.m.


The comedic play illustrates the story about a married man in his 50s who suddenly learns he is becoming a father yet again. His last child was born 24 years before.


The play tells the story of his life living with his daughter and son-in-law, as well as his wife who begins to lay down the law.
