A driver suffered minor injuries after a two-vehicle collision between Aiken and Warrenville on Wednesday, according to the S.C. Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at about 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Pine Log Road and Legion Road, according to Lance Cpl. Sonny Collins, a spokesman for the Highway Patrol.
A Ford car was making a left turn from Pine Log onto Legion when it was struck from behind by a Toyota sedan, Collins said.
The driver of the Ford vehicle that was struck initially left the scene but returned.
The driver of the Toyota was taken to Aiken Regional Medical Centers with minor injuries, Collins said.
There was no word on charges on Wednesday, and troopers were still waiting to interview the driver at the hospital.
The collision remains under investigation.
