According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A 39-year-old Augusta woman was detained for shoplifting on Thursday after she tried to take a cellphone case from a store in Aiken Mall without paying.

An 18-year-old North Augusta man was detained for shoplifting on Thursday after he tried to take a pack of candy from a store on Richland Avenue without paying.

An Aiken man reported fraud on Tuesday after finding multiple fraudulent charges on his account.

An Aiken woman reported her cellphone stolen on Thursday after she left it on the counter at a gas station on University Parkway.

An ATV was reported stolen from a home on Washington Circle on Wednesday.

A burglary was reported at a home on Chesterfield Street on Monday. The owner reported tools missing.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

Officers responded to an alarm caused by an open door at a home on Oxpens Road in Warrenville on Thursday. Nothing was missing from the home.
