According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:
An Aiken woman reported on Saturday that someone damaged her vehicle during the night. She noticed something was wrong with the car when she heard things falling from the car as she left her sister’s home. Officers noted a busted headlight assembly and a busted grill on the vehicle.
An Aiken woman reported fraud on Saturday after she noticed multiple fraudulent charges to her credit card account.
A burglary was reported at a home on Redd Street on Friday. Then owner reported dirt bikes, a four-wheeler, fishing poles, a generator, an air compressor and a bicycle missing.
A 55-year-old Aiken woman was detained for DUI on Saturday after she was pulled over on Silver Bluff Road for drifting in her lane. The woman was taken into custody after failing multiple field sobriety tests.
A 25-year-old Cheraw man was detained for DUI on Sunday after he was pulled over on Whiskey Road for speeding. The man was taken into custody after failing multiple field sobriety tests.
A 26-year-old man was jailed for disorderly conduct on Saturday after he broke the glass door of a business on Laurens Street.
According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:
A burglary was reported at a home on Tisdale Road in Jackson on Sunday. The owner reported a pressure washer missing.
Additional burglaries were reported on Nickeltop Road in Windsor and Atomic Road in Beech Island.
A vehicle, lawn mower, construction equipment and vehicle parts were reported stolen from a home on Andrews Circle in Aiken on Sunday.
Vehicles were reported stolen from West Frontage Road in Aiken and Golf Course Road in Warrenville.
