Mrs. Virginia “Ann” Green

NORTH AUGUSTA, SC – Funeral Services for Mrs. Virginia “Ann” Green, 76, who entered into rest February 14, 2014, at home surrounded by her family and friends, will be conducted Tuesday at 12 Noon, from Sweetwater Baptist Church. Dr. Gary Powell, her nephew, will officiate. Interment in Sweetwater Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Green was the ninth child of ten born to Lee Roy and Pearl Powell. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Richard A. “Dean” Green, Sr., and Steve Allen Robinson; daughter, Cynthia Ann Green.
Survivors include a son, Richard A. Green, Jr. (Willie), North Augusta, SC; two daughters, Tina Green Masaracchia and Carmen V. Hendley (William), both of North Augusta; seven grandchildren, Keven, Lindsay, Laurie, Dean, Katie, Audrey and C.J.; six great-grandchildren, Chandler, Lydia, Grace, Lennon, William and Alexander; three sisters, Nora Pollock, Betty Sutton-Usry and Ella Priest.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Church one hour prior to the service.
The family wishes to acknowledge and express their heartfelt thanks to Regency Hospice and their very special volunteer, Gloria Dykes.
