According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:
A store on Richland Avenue reported breach of trust with fraudulent intent on Monday after an employee used the store credit card to pay for a rental car for two months after he got into a wreck.
A 20-year-old Aiken man was detained for DUI and driving under suspension on Tuesday after he was pulled over for driving recklessly. The man smelled strongly of alcohol and exhibited signs of intoxication. He refused field sobriety testing.
Vandalism was reported at a restaurant in The Alley on Tuesday. An unknown person allegedly spray painted graffiti on the back side of a business.
A burglary was reported at a home on Ridgecrest Avenue on Monday. The owner reported a 32-inch television missing.
A vehicle break-in was reported on York Street on Monday. The owner reported a purse missing from the unlocked vehicle.
A moped was reported stolen from a home on George Street on Tuesday.

A 64-year-old Aiken man reported identity fraud on Tuesday after learning that someone had used his information to file for taxes.
A 55-year-old North Augusta man was detained for public drunk on Wednesday after he was found sleeping on the curb on Jefferson Davis Highway in North Augusta. The man exhibited signs of intoxication and smelled strongly of alcohol.
A 55-year-old Aiken man was detained for public drunk on Tuesday after he was found standing in the roadway of Appleseed Lane in Aiken. The man smelled strongly of alcohol and was slurring his words and stumbling.
An Aiken woman reported vandalism on Tuesday after someone allegedly shattered a window in her vehicle on Pine Street.
Burglaries were reported on Pineland Terrace in Aiken on Tuesday and Church Street in Beech Island.
An air conditioner unit was reported stolen from a home on Old Camp Long Road in Aiken on Tuesday.
A vehicle break-in was reported on Beech Island Avenue in Beech Island on Tuesday.
