According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:


A Warrenville man reported on Saturday that someone opened an unsecured toolbox in his vehicle and took assorted tools from it.


A Beech Island woman reported on Saturday that someone broke her bedroom window, entered her house on Storm Branch Road and took a glass jar with pennies in it.


A North Augusta man reported on Saturday that a tree branch fell on his home on Apache Drive in North Augusta, damaging the roof and an interior ceiling.


Burglaries were reported on Saturday at homes on Williston Road and Silver Bluff Road in Aiken.


An Aiken man reported on Saturday that someone put numerous nails in the driveway at his home on Clemson Drive.


In a burglary at the Wagon Wheel on Buena Vista Drive in North Augusta that was reported on Friday, the front door was forced open and someone also attempted to gain entry through another door. There were broken bottles in the parking lot. A female complainant said that nothing appeared to have been taken, even though some bottles had been moved around behind the bar.


A Warrenvile woman reported on Friday that someone knocked out the back porch window at her home and took multiple items that were inside the residence.


A Windsor woman, who lives on Sandy Hollow Road, reported on Friday that a Graniteville man had taken her vehicle without her permission.


A Beech Island man reported on Friday that someone had taken a red and black Honda 3000 generator from the backyard of his home on Miller Street.


A Clearwater woman reported on Friday that someone partially removed the screen from the front window of her home on Fairview Road.


A North Carolina man reported on Friday that someone took a generator and approximately nine extension cords from a location on Richland Avenue in Aiken.


An Aiken woman reported on Saturday that someone took a flat screen television and a laptop computer from her home on Edgefield Highway.


An Aiken woman reported on Saturday that someone flattened the tires of her vehicle while it was parked outside her home on New Bridge Road. The responding officer observed puncture marks in the tires.


A Gloverville man reported on Thursday that someone took a television, two hats and two pairs of shoes from his house on Lady Street.


A Beech Island woman reported on Saturday that she saw a man enter a house on Williston Road through a window. The responding officer called in backup units, and they surrounded the house. Deputies called to the subject to come out of the house, and he obeyed. He said his brother owned the house and that he broke in because he was hungry. The responding officer contacted the house’s owner, who confirmed that the subject was his brother. The victim did not want his brother to be prosecuted.


A Warrenville man reported on Saturday that he heard a bang when something hit his vehicle while he was driving down Myrtle Street in Langley. He didn’t see what hit the vehicle, and he didn’t see anybody throw anything.
