Barely into 2014, Aiken has lost three wonderful women, Lynn Gresch, Ruth Stewart and Geri Johnson. These were three women who will shine on in our memories as people that always made you feel special, were aware of you and gave their warm smiles away, freely.

They enriched our lives with their ability to lift you up with their good nature and cheerfulness. Even through illness or personal troubles, they always thought of others and carried their cross without a gripe or frown. Three remarkable women and a privilege to have known them, in any capacity. They lived the saying, “They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel.” They sure made me feel worthy.

I am grateful for the time that I had them in my life and for the lessons they graciously taught.
