Washington appeared nervous and could not provide officers with a correct name, the report stated. After getting permission to search Washington, officers found a state of Georgia fuel card belonging to Georgia Regents University, a credit card belonging to Riverside Ambulance and another fuel card belonging to Relicare LLC.

Officers also found an EBT card in Washington’s name, which he said was his nephew’s, and a GPS device.
