According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

An Aiken man reported that, at some point during the night, an unknown subject took miscellaneous landscaping tools from his truck on Oxmoor Circle.

A stolen vehicle was recovered on Birch Street in Aiken, located in the woods with its door wide open and four wheels and rims missing.

A Jackson man reported an unknown subject stole miscellaneous tools out of his locked tool box at his shop on Atomic Road.

A North Augusta man said he believed his son may have stolen a partial amount of his Xanax medication after the father had his prescription filled.

After a North Augusta woman contacted AT&T to have her Internet turned back on, the company indicated she could not because the Social Security number had already been used under another service.

A Beech Island woman reported that her vehicle was stolen after waking up at the Royal Inn on Jefferson Davis Highway and the vehicle was missing. The woman and the male subject were both sharing a room at the hotel.

Officers responded to a Windsor man who was in possession of a stolen vehicle and trying to sell it. The man had outstanding warrants – one from the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office and the other from the North Augusta Department of Public Safety.

A 43-year-old Warrenville woman reported two male subjects took items from her home on Less Drive.

A 25-year-old Clearwater woman reported an unknown subject took her flat-screen TV from her residence on Westminster Way.

Officers responded to a hit-and-run on Jefferson Davis Highway in North Augusta after a 25-year-old man hit the female victim’s car and then left the scene.

A 61-year-old Warrenville man reported his iPhone 4 was stolen from his home on Pine Log Road.

A North Augusta man reported to officers an unknown subject pried his front door open and took his flat-screen TV out of his home on Hill Street.

A 54-year-old Aiken woman reported an unknown subject broke into her vehicle and took $3.

A 37-year-old Aiken female reported her vehicle was stolen from her Kenmont Street residence after neighbors said they saw her son get into the car.

A 36-year-old Aiken woman reported an unknown subject who took items from her garage on Dyches Road.

Two 40-year-old Aiken females were involved in a physical altercation involving a knife. The victim did not want to press charges.

A Windsor woman reported an unknown subject took items out of her home on Brighton Road.
