A man sought by authorities for charges stemming from burglaries last year has been detained, according to the Aiken County Sheriff's Office.

Keith Obrian Wright, 24, of North Augusta, was charged with two counts of second-degree burglary, pointing and presenting a firearm and receiving stolen goods. He was placed in the Aiken County detention center, where he remained on Tuesday morning.

Wright had been wanted for burglaries that happened on Sept. 27, 2013, and Nov. 5, 2013, according to Capt. Eric Abdullah. He was taken into custody without incident in Graniteville on Monday evening.

Wright has multiple previous arrests, including burglary, drug and criminal domestic violence charges, according to the detention center website.
