According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:
Burglaries were reported at homes on Hillcrest Drive in North Augusta on Friday, Beck Road in Williston on Saturday and Pine Street in Aiken on Saturday.
An Aiken man who lives on Kelly Drive was detained for DUI on Saturday after being pulled over near the corner of Creekside Drive and Glenwood Drive. The responding officer reported that a vehicle driven by the man rolled through a stop sign. The subject failed multiple field sobriety tests and later refused to provide a breath sample for testing.
A North Augusta man, who lives on Border Drive, reported on Saturday that someone stole the license plate off his vehicle.
A Martinez, Ga., woman reported on Saturday that multiple items had been stolen from a home that she owns on Glenwood Drive in Warrenville.
A Beech Island woman reported on Saturday that a man’s diamond wedding band and a woman’s white gold ring and wedding band had been taken from her home on Indian Mound Drive.
An Aiken man reported on Saturday that someone had stolen his $2,500 custom-built utility trailer from outside his home on Log Cabin Road.
An Aiken man reported on Saturday that a white male subject, who was wearing a white hooded sweat shirt and blue jeans, took a bag of Cheetos from the Hot Spot store on Main Street in New Ellenton without paying for it. The subject left the scene in a dark Nissan Altima.
A Salley man reported on Friday that a gray Honda driven by a black female backed into the front passenger side of his vehicle at the Kent’s Korner on Walker Road in Perry and then left the scene.
