Tosha Tymica Richard, 38 — shoplifting less than $1,000

Vernoy Livingston, 63 — failure to pay as ordered

Kenneth Wayne Yon, 42 — possession of methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine

Allison Weeks, 48 — possession of schedule II narcotics, possession of schedule IV narcotics

Marquis Akeem Creech, 20 — simple possession of marijuana

Tevin Montrell Hughes, 20 — shoplifting $1,000 to $5,000 bench warrant

Walter Lee Colden, 65 — driving under suspension first offense

Richard Allen James, 50 — shoplifting less than $2,000

Samantha Renee Workman, 25 — shoplifting less than $2,000

Kevin Lee Wideman, 31 — driving without a license first offense bench warrant

Michael Dean Palmer, 40 — possession of less than 1 gram of methamphetamine of cocaine base first offense
