According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A 47-year-old Lexington man was detained for DUI on Saturday after being pulled over on York Street for driving erratically. The man was taken into custody after failing multiple field sobriety tests, and provided a blood-alcohol content sample of .26 percent.

A 41-year-old Aiken man was detained for DUI on Saturday after being pulled over on Whiskey Road for driving erratically. The man failed multiple field sobriety tests but had a blood-alcohol content of .00 percent. He provided a urine sample for testing.

A 64-year-old Aiken man and a 54-year-old Aiken woman were detained for shoplifting on Saturday after they tried to take items from a store on Whiskey Road without paying.

A 23-year-old Aiken man was charged with shoplifting on Saturday after he tried to take a video game controller from a store on Whiskey Road without paying.

A 54-year-old Augusta man was detained for DUI on Saturday after a caller reported him staggering to his vehicle and driving off. The man smelled strongly of alcoholic beverage and failed multiple field sobriety tests. He provided a blood-alcohol content sample of .10 percent.

A burglary was reported at a home on Wyman Street on Friday. An unknown man reportedly entered the screened porch of the home and took a package from the porch.

A 55-year-old Aiken man was detained for DUI on Sunday after he was pulled over on Pine Log Road for drifting in his lane. The man failed multiple field sobriety tests and provided a blood-alcohol sample of .14 percent.

A 52-year-old Warrenton, Ga., woman was detained for DUI on Saturday after being pulled over on Fairfield Street for running a red light. The woman failed multiple field sobriety tests and provided a blood-alcohol sample of .09 percent.

A 23-year-old Aiken woman was detained for DUI after being pulled over on Whiskey Road for driving erratically. The woman smelled of alcohol and was taken into custody after failing multiple sobriety tests. She blew a .12 percent on the Datamaster.

A 56-year-old Beech Island man was detained for DUI on Monday after being pulled over on Whiskey Road for drifting in his lane. The man failed multiple sobriety tests and blew a .00 percent on the Datamaster. He provided a urine sample for testing.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A Graniteville woman reported on Saturday that someone made multiple unauthorized transactions on her bank card.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Railroad Avenue in Bath on Saturday. The owner reported wallets, a cellphone and a firearm missing.

Additional vehicle break-ins were reported on Apache Drive in North Augusta, Deerwood Drive in North Augusta and Crystal Park Drive in Graniteville.

A burglary was reported on Joyner Pond Road in Aiken on Saturday. The owner reported farm equipment missing.

Additional burglaries were reported on Pine Log Road in Warrenville, McDonald Street in Warrenville and Freeman Street in Warrenville.

Vehicles were reported stolen from Bodie Road in Wagener, New Holland Road in Wagener and Carline Road in Warrenville.
