According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A Clinton woman and an Abbeville man were detained for shoplifting on Sunday after they tried to take several items from a store on Whiskey Road without paying. Each also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after officers found items believe to be used for manufacturing methamphetamine in their vehicle in the store parking lot.

A 16-year-old high school student was detained for disturbing schools and threatening a public official after he reportedly threatened a teacher at his school on Wednesday. The student also began creating a disturbance in the hallway while being escorted to the office.

A 50-year-old Aiken man was detained for disorderly conduct on Wednesday after he was found highly intoxicated in a yard on Caw Caw Court.

An Aiken woman reported on Wednesday that someone spray-painted her vehicle that she left parked with a flat tire on Bunche Terrace.

An Aiken woman reported on Wednesday that someone scratched the hood of her vehicle while it was parked on Brandt Court.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

An unknown man shoplifted an alcoholic beverage from a store on Bettis Academy Road in Trenton on Wednesday by concealing it in his pants.

An air conditioner unit was reported missing from a home on Old Magnolia Lane in Beech Island on Wednesday.

A burglary was reported at a home on Crystal Springs Road in Graniteville on Wednesday. The owner reported shoes missing.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Elton Avenue in North Augusta on Wednesday. The owner reported a stereo, speakers and an amplifier missing.

An additional vehicle break-in was reported on Pinecrest Drive in Warrenville on Thursday.

A vehicle was reported stolen from Borden Drive in North Augusta.
