According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

Gunshots were reported on King Edward Way about 7:35 p.m. on Wednesday. Officers investigated but found no evidence of shots fired.

A burglary was reported at a home on Freiday Lane on Wednesday. The owner reported two televisions, two video game consoles, a handheld video game and an iHome missing.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

An air conditioner unit was reported missing from a church on Columbia Highway in Aiken on Wednesday.

An Aiken woman reported a case of fraud on Wednesday after she received a bill from her phone company stating she had three additional lines added to her name.

A burglary was reported at a home on Jefferson Davis Highway in Graniteville on Wednesday. The owner reported tools missing.

Additional burglaries were reported on Wednesday on Foreman Road in Jackson and Grapevine Lane in North Augusta.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Woodland Drive in North Augusta on Wednesday. The owner reported a purse, money, cards and a cellphone missing.
