According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

Shoplifting warrants were issued on Wednesday for an Aiken man who entered a store on Whiskey Road and took several packages of meat without paying.

An unknown woman took about $70 in NyQuil cough syrup from a store on Whiskey Road on Thursday without paying.

A trailer was reported stolen from a home on Laurens Street on Wednesday.

A 32-year-old Beech Island woman on Thursday reported her purse stolen from a business on Richland Avenue.

A burglary was reported at a home on Fairway Road on Wednesday. The owner reported a shotgun and jewelry missing.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A 44-year-old Aiken woman was detained for DUI on Wednesday after she was seen running a red light and driving erratically on Jefferson Davis Highway on Wednesday.

A burglary was reported at a home on Hollow Creek Road in Salley on Thursday. The owner reported electronics missing.

An additional burglary was reported on Jefferson Davis Highway in North Augusta on Wednesday.
