These are the bookings recorded for the Doris C. Gravat Detention Center for Oct. 23, 2013. Some of the people listed may not have actually spent time in jail if they posted bond and were released. Although those listed have been arrested and charged, that does not mean they have been found guilty. Earnest Simpkins Jr. — disorderly conduct/gross intoxication

Jamese Gibson — driving under the influence first offense

Timothy Fowler — drugs/prohibited acts (B), open container of beer/wine

John Taylor Jr. — driving under suspension first offense, driving under the influence, failure to surrender suspended driver’s license, open container of beer/wine

Joseph Lane — criminal domestic violence

Thomas Irwin — violation of probation

Joshua Slade — minor purchase or possession of alcoholic liquors

Joseph Black — family court failure to appear

Teara Burgess — failure to maintain proof of insurance on motor vehicle bench warrant

Marcus Steele — failure to pay as ordered family court

Nathan Lively — assault and battery third degree, violation of probation, forgery general sessions court drug court four counts

Dylan Lavallee — trafficking in heroin or morphine first offense, possession of schedule IV drugs with intent to distribute, manufacturing, distribution of methamphetamine first offense, possession of controlled substance first offense three counts, hold for Aiken County Sheriff’s Office warrants

Kyle Becnel — making a bomb threat or convey false information about a bomb threat first offense

Charles Mills — driving under suspension third offense, habitual traffic offenders, driving under suspension per habitual traffic offender status

Teddy Greene — shoplifting value $2,000 or less third offense or subsequent

Brittney Barrett — shoplifting value $2,000 or less, trespassing after notice

Christopher Planter — contempt of general sessions court drugs trafficking in methamphetamine

Shelby Hornback — hold for Aiken County Sheriff’s Office warrants, possession of other controlled substance in schedule I to V first offense three counts, manufacture, distribution, etc. of methamphetamine first offense, manufacture, possession of schedule IV drugs except flunitrazepam with intent, trafficking in heroin, morphine, etc. 4 grams or more but less than 14 grams first offense

Zachary Oliver — municipal court contempt no South Carolina driver’s license bench warrant

Joey Sanders — failure to pay child support
