Correct decision made by leaders to avoid new war in Middle East

To resolve a situation that involved the potential of another war and to curtail the mass murder of civilians by poisonous gas clearly was in the best interest of the world.

It is to President Obama’s credit that he was able to negotiate with President Putin so that the offending weapons of mass destruction were made impotent and another war in the Middle East was averted.

It must be easier to negotiate with the Russians than the House Republicans because Putin is willing to negotiate.
