According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

Vehicle break-ins were reported at a home on Mimosa Circle on Monday. The owner reported a GPS, a multi-tool and sunglasses missing. Another owner reported a BB gun missing from the unlocked vehicle.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Englewood Road on Monday. The owner reported a wallet, a phone charger and three glass water bottles missing.

An unknown man tried to shoplift several packages of beer, cakes and paper products from a store on Monday. He left the cart full of merchandise in the store, when confronted by a loss prevention officer.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

An unknown man took beef jerky and ice cream from a store on Kerr Street in North Augusta on Monday without paying.

Burglaries were reported on San Jose Drive in North Augusta, Timberlane Road in Aiken, JB Swartz Road in Wagener, Damon Street in Aiken and Hillman Street in Warrenville.
