According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

Two unknown men purchased items with counterfeit money at a store on Richland Avenue on Thursday.

Gunshots were reported on Ligon Avenue at about 10 p.m. on Thursday. Officers investigated but could not substantiate the call.

A burglary was reported on Kousa Lane on Thursday. The owner reported a television missing.

Officers responded to an alarm caused by an open door at a home on Staubes Lane on Thursday. They cleared the building and secured the door.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A burglary was reported at a home on Aiken Road in Graniteville on Thursday. The owner reported electronics and tools missing.

Additional burglaries were reported on Spider Web Road in Aiken, Peach Blossom Street in North Augusta, Red Rock Lane in Graniteville and Green Road in Aiken.
