Crime blotter for Aug. 21

According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

An Aiken woman reported on Monday that someone keyed her car outside her home on Alfred Street.

Officers responded to a burglar alarm caused by an open door at a restaurant on Aiken Mall Drive. Officers secured the building and closed the door.

A vehicle was reported stolen from Alderman Street on Monday.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’’s Office:

A North Augusta woman reported on Monday that someone flattened two tires on her vehicle outside her Cherokee Drive home.

A tractor was reported stolen from Redds Branch Road in Aiken on Monday.

A burglary was reported on Shady Rest Road in Aiken on Monday. The owner reported electronics missing.

Additional burglaries were reported on Limping Dog Lane in North Augusta, Augusta Road in Warrenville, Old Trail Road in Beech Island and Pipeline Road in Aiken.

Vehicles were reported stolen Monday from Columbia Highway in Aiken and Hillvale Street in Gloverville.
