According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A 35-year-old Aiken woman was detained for shoplifting on Tuesday after she allegedly tried to take several pieces of jewelry from a store on Whiskey Road.

An unknown man entered a store on York Street on Tuesday and took two packages of meat without paying.

Money was reported stolen on Wednesday from vending machines at two stores on Richland Avenue and Whiskey Road.

A burglary was reported at a church on Town Creek Road on Wednesday.

A vehicle was reported stolen from Whiskey Road on Tuesday.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

An air conditioner unit was reported stolen from a home on Friendship Road in Jackson on Wednesday.

A man entered a store on South Main Street in New Ellenton on Thursday and allegedly took three cases of beer without paying.

A burglary was reported on Hutto Pond Road in Aiken on Wednesday.

Vehicle break-ins were reported on Wednesday on Old Cherokee Road in Beech Island and Engineer Road in Ridge Spring.
