WILLISTON, SC – Graveside funeral services for Martha June “Mot” Jackson Hargrove, 76, of Williston, SC will be held nine a.m., Monday, July 22, 2013 at The Williston Cemetery with the Rev. Cindy Fuller officiating. The family will receive friends from six to eight p.m., Sunday at Folk Funeral Home in Williston. Memorial contributions may be sent in Mot’s memory to The Williston Cemetery, P.O. Box 367, Williston, SC 29853. Mot passed away Friday, July 19, 2013. Born in Livingston, SC she was a daughter of the late Altic and Sallie Williams Jackson. She was a homemaker and married to the late Billy Madison “Bill” Hargrove. She was a member of the Williston United Methodist Church and formerly worked as a seamstress for Stone Manufacturing Company in North, Salley Manufacturing Company and Williston Manufacturing Company; she also worked for The Mini Shop in Williston. Mot was an avid gardener, fisherman and a lover of the outdoors. Survivors include her daughter across the street, Mary Ann (Greg) Walkup of Williston; brother, Emmet Jackson of North; nieces and nephews, Jeff (Cheryl) Eidson of Springfield, Wanda (William) Johnson of Manning, Donna (Doug) Vincent of Williston, Debbie (Don) McCollum of North, Elaine (Ron) McCollum of Gaston, DeLaine (Stanley) Baker of North; great nieces, Haley and Makenzie Eidson, Makayla Vincent, Courtney Baker, Holly Daniels, Porter and Dinah-Davis Johnson; special cousin, Flossie (Buck) Tindel of Perry and her four-legged companion, Al. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Jackson Eidson; a brother, Frank Jackson; brother-in-law, David Eidson. Folk Funeral Home, Inc. and Crematory of Williston, SC is assisting the family with arrangements.
