The Aiken County Sheriff's Office has identified three people involved with a metal theft in Salley earlier this month, one of whom turned herself in to authorities today.

Nora Christine Morrison, 27, was charged with larceny and placed in the Aiken County detention center, where she remained on Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators have also obtained warrants for larceny for 36-year-old Ann Marie Morgan and 33-year-old Phillip Nicholas Freeman, who are still at large.

The Sheriff's Office has been investigating the theft of metal from a private property near the intersection of Berlin Church Road and Remont Road in Salley, according to a statement. It is believed that the suspects were taking metal from this area between April 15 and June 28.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Morgan and Freeman is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 803-648-6811, or CrimeStoppers of the Midlands at 888-CRIME-SC (888-274-6372).
