According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A 23-year-old Aiken man reported on Monday that he was assaulted by his father with a spray paint can.

A 28-year-old Beech Island woman was detained for shoplifting on Tuesday after she allegedly concealed several items in her purse at a store on Whiskey Road.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A burglary was reported at a home on Redds Branch Road in Aiken on Tuesday. The owner reported electronics and jewelry missing.

Additional burglaries were reported on Edgefield Road, Happiness Lane and Augusta Road in Beech Island, Summer Lakes Drive and Joann Drive in Aiken and Sandy Hollow Road in Windsor.

Vehicle break-ins were reported on Fairview Street and Ashley Circle in North Augusta.

A vehicle was reported stolen from Huckleberry Finn Road in Batesburg on Tuesday.
