Cujak graduates cum laude from Ripon College

Benjamin Cujak of Berlin, Wis., graduated cum laude from Ripon College on May 12, with a history major. Author, blogger and statistician Nate Silver of The New York Times served as the commencement speaker for the graduation exercises, Ripon College’s 147th, helping the College make The Washington Post’s list of Biggest Commencement Speakers of 2013 at No. 8.

Silver, along with Dr. Steven Brams, renowned game theorist and professor of political science at New York University, was bestowed an honorary degree for achievements in his field. This year’s Distinguished Educator Award was presented to Andrew Britton of Oshkosh West High School.

Cujak is the child of Mr. and Mrs. Mark D. Cujak of Aiken.
