Jason Peter Eisenmann
AIKEN, S.C. – Jason Peter Eisenmann, 26, of Aiken, SC died Sunday, April 14, 2013.
A native of Toccoa, Georgia, Jason was the son of Pete Eisenmann and Letitia Geis Eisenmann. He had lived in Aiken the past 25 years and was a graduate of Aiken Christian School. Jason was a veteran of the US Marine Corps, serving in the 2nd LAREBn 2d Marine Division, Camp Lejune, NC. He served three tours of duty in Iraq. While in the Marines, Jason received The Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (3rd Award), Iraq Campaign Medal with 2 Bronze Stars, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal and Rifle Qualification Badge (Sharp-shooter).
Jason was employed with Halocarbon Products Corpora-tion. He enjoyed soccer, was a deeply loyal friend and had a great sense of humor. Jason was absolutely devoted to his fiancée Amber, the love of his life.
Jason is survived by his fiancée, Amber Cumbee, Aiken; his father, Pete and step-mother, Jennifer Eisenmann, Aiken; mother, Letitia Eisenmann, Aiken; a sister, Jessie Eisenmann, Boston, MA; paternal grandmother, Lynn Newton, Aiken, SC and maternal grandparents, Robert and Peggy Geis, Indianapolis, Indiana.
A memorial service will be held at 10 AM Wednesday, April 17, 2013 in the Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home Chapel with Pete Eisenmann officiating. Interment will be private.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 until 8 PM at the funeral home.
