A Beech Island man reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Friday that his vehicle was missing from his residence on Sand Bar Ferry Road in Beech Island.


A Hephzibah, Ga., man reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Friday that he was repossessing a vehicle at a residence on Warren Court in North Augusta when a male subject “fired off a round toward” him and then chased his tow truck while in another vehicle. The subject told the Sherriff’s office that he discharged the round “as a warning shot” and that he chased the tow truck because he wanted to get his belongings out of the repossessed vehicle.


Vandalism of air conditioning units at Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church on Baker Street in Jackson was reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Friday. Copper was missing from the units.


A Warrenville woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Friday that her Social Security check, which was delivered to her previous address on Croft Mill Road in Aiken, had been taken and deposited in a bank account by someone else.


A Wagener woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Friday that a window was broken at her house on Jeffcoat Road and a television and $50 were missing.


An Aiken woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Friday that she received a message on her personal computer that if she did not pay a fee in 72 hours, she would face criminal charges for both copyright violation and child pornography. She said that a “Federal Bureau of Investigation emblem” was displayed in the message. She also said that she believed someone was “trying to scam her out of money.” The amount of the fee wasn’t specified in the report on the incident.


A Williston man reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Friday that a battery was missing from his tractor, which was parked in a field.


A Windsor woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Friday that she was driving in the woods on her property on Mount Beulah Road when an unknown person yelled at her to “get out of the woods.” She said she then heard three gunshots, but didn’t see the person.


An Aiken woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Thursday that she found a man in her bedroom after returning home from work. The man left through a rear door when he saw her. The Aiken Bloodhound Tracking Team was sent to the residence on Wadley Drive, but the team was unable to identify a track because weather “had deteriorated the integrity of the scene, “ according to a report on the incident.


A Lexington, S.C., man was arrested by the Sherriff’s Office for DUI after being found asleep in his vehicle at Harrison Hardware on Augusta Road in Warrenville Friday. A key was in the ignition and his vehicle was running at the time.


A Gloverville woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Friday that three people jumped on her, kicked her and punched her at a business on Jefferson Davis Highway in Beech Island. She said two of the people tried to pull her friend out of a vehicle and that one person pulled out a gun when the three left the scene in another vehicle.


A Gloverville man reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Friday that he heard what sounded like a BB gun firing and then found a dent in the driver’s side door of his vehicle. The vehicle was parked at a gas pump on Howlandville Road in Warrenville. The man saw two juvenile males with a BB gun and they fled into the woods. A Sheriff’s deputy later made contact with two juvenile males and their parents.


A red golf cart was reported missing from a residence on Maple Street in Warrenville on Friday, according to the Sheriff’s Office.


A Graniteville woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Saturday that a weed eater was missing from the back porch of her residence on Hillview Drive.


A Warrenville woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Saturday that a moped was missing from her residence on Cemetery Road.


An assistant manager at the Family Dollar store on Sand Bar Ferry Road in Beech Island reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Saturday that a woman left the store with a container of Tide laundry detergent, which she didn’t pay for, in her purse. The woman later came back into the store and allegedly refused to open her purse when asked. She then left the scene.


A Graniteville man reported on Saturday to the Sheriff’s Office that his vehicle suffered minor damage after it was struck by another man’s vehicle at a store on Jefferson Highway in Clearwater. The male subject left the scene.


An Aiken woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Saturday that two rings were missing from her bedroom after three men completed work on the air conditioning equipment at her residence on Wrights Mill Road.


An Aiken woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Saturday that her vehicle had been struck by an unidentified vehicle at her residence on Bobwhite Drive. The front bumper of her vehicle was damaged and its driver’s side front tire was flat.


An Aiken woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Saturday that approximately 10 shots were fired from the house next door and a bullet struck her residence on Union Baptist Road.


A Warrenville man reported on Saturday to the Sheriff’s Office that a couch and a love seat were missing from a residence from which he was moving on Valley Drive in Aiken.


A Salley man reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Saturday that several items were stolen from a vacant residence that he owns on Summervale Lane in Wagener.


A North Augusta woman reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Saturday that a decal was missing from the license plate on her vehicle, which had beenw parked at her residence on Gilmore Avenue.
