An employee at a pharmacy on Richland Avenue reported on Monday that someone called in a fraudulent prescription.

A vehicle break-in was reported at Walmart on Richland Avenue on Monday. The owner reported a Walmart money card, costume jewelry and a Medicaid card missing.

An unknown man tried to buy a case of beer at an Aiken convenience store using a counterfeit $100 bill. The man left the store when the clerk told him the bill was fake.

Burglaries were reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Monday on Timberland Road in Jackson and Pickens Avenue in Aiken.

A stolen vehicle was reported on Summerhill Avenue in Aiken on Monday.

Aiken Public Safety responded to a burglary at a home on Sommers Avenue on Monday. The thief reportedly entered through a window and took an iPod, a video game system and games.

A shoplifting was reported at Reid’s on York Street on Monday. An unknown man reportedly walked out the door with three grocery bags filled with merchandise without paying.
