Woman allegedly assaulted in Warrenville home invasion

A home invasion occurred over the weekend in Warrenville in which one woman was assaulted.

The incident occurred at a home on Edgar Street on Saturday when a man and woman entered the unsecured home at about 11:45, according to the Aiken County Sheriff's Office.

The subject began waving the gun around, stating she would kill everyone in the house, according to the report.

Three other people were at the home and said they witnessed the altercation.

No serious injuries were listed in the report, though the woman was transported to the hospital for unknown reasons.
