WEDDING: Bruner – Turner
Kelsey L. Turner of Aiken and Dr. Charles Pierce Bruner of Neeses were married Nov. 3, 2012, in Trinity Methodist Church. The bride was given in marriage by her father, Mark A. Turner.
The bride is a daughter of Mark and Dottie Turner of North Augusta and Wanda and Gordon Hayford of Aiken. She is a granddaughter of the late Jack and Lois Turner of Bamberg, SC, and Ollie Bracewell and the late Edward Bracewell of Aiken, SC.
The bridegroom is a son of Charles and Vickie Bruner of Neeses, SC. He is a grandson of the late Eddie and Hazel Bruner of Neeces, SC, and the late F.P. and Bessie Williamson of Sawyerdale, SC.
Jenna Barton of Columbia, SC, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Tori Eskew of Paducha, Kentucky, friend of the bride; Ashely Schulz of Charleston, SC, friend of the bride; and Andrea Bruner of Neeses, SC, sister-in-law of the groom.
Greeters were Elizabeth Brown and Julie Shade of Aiken, SC, friends of the bride.
Dr. Christopher Bruner of Neeses, SC, twin brother of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Dr. Matthew Bishop of Florence, SC, friend of the groom; Dr. Wayne Jackson of Central, SC, friend of the groom; and Mr. Wendal Bruner of Williston, SC, cousin of the groom. Ushers were Matthew Turner and Daniel Turner of Aiken, SC, brothers of the bride.
Miles Eskew of Paducha, Kentucky, was the ringbearer.
Caylin DiFranco of Aiken, SC, was the flower girl.
Following a reception in Newberry Hall, the couple left for a wedding trip to the Bahamas.
They will reside in Aiken, SC.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of South Aiken High School. She is a graduate of USCA with degree in communications. She is employed by Marketing.
The bridegroom is a 2005 graduate of Hunter-Kinard-Tyler High School. He is a 2009 graduate of USCA with a degree in exercise and sports science and a 2012 graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina with a Doctoral of Physical Therapy. He is employed by Hitchcock Healthcare.
