Aiken Public Safety responded to a shoplifting at Reid’s on York Street on Wednesday. A former employee reportedly took a deli tray and fled the store.

An Aiken woman reported that someone threw a railroad spike through a window in her home on Monday.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Laurens Street on Sunday. The window of a pickup was reportedly broken with a hammer that was in the truck bed.

A 76-year-old Aiken man reported on Wednesday that someone took his oxygen tank from his Piper Avenue home while he was in the hospital.

Burglaries were reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Legion Road in Warrenville, Pleasure Island Road in Warrenville and Bettis Academy Road in Graniteville.
