NORTH AUGUSTA – Mrs. Gloria W. Griffin, 56, of Duncan Rd., entered into rest March 7, 2013 at University Hospital. Funeral arrangements will be announced. Mrs. Griffin was a member of the Carey Hill Baptist Church where she was a Deaconess. She was also the Vice President of the Christians In Unity Organization, and a member of the Lions Club. She was a 1974 graduate of LBC High School. Survivors include her husband, Arthur Griffin, North Augusta; 1 son, Ronnie J. (Criselda) Stewart, Honolulu, HA; 2 step-sons; 6 step-daughters; mother, Carrie Williams, Langley; 4 sisters, Dorothy Williams, Bronx, NY, Geneva Walker, Baltimore, MD, Rosalyn (Carl) Smith, and Odessa Williams, both of Aiken; 2 brothers, Angus (Mickie) Williams, Langley & James (Zee) Williams, Baltimore, MD; 2 step-grandsons; and a host of other relatives.
