A 50-year-old Aiken man reported someone made about $400 in fraudulent purchases on his bank card after he reportedly dropped it while putting it into his pocket at a bank on Jefferson Davis Highway.

The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary at a home on Pine Log Road in Aiken on Tuesday. The owner reported a television, guns and knives missing.

Stolen vehicles were reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Bristol Drive in Graniteville and Carolina Springs Road in North Augusta.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Willingham Drive in Beech Island on Monday.

An Aiken woman reported on Tuesday that her 13-year-old son was injured after another male student pushed her son’s head against the wall of the school gym during gym class. The unknown suspect also reportedly threatened physical harm to the victim.
