Joshua Fontain Davenport, 27 — contributing to delinquency of a minor

Johnny Lee Hammond, 27- criminal domestic violence, driving under suspension, failure to comply, failure to appear and pay

Melissa Ann Ortiz Fikes, 38 — animals creating a nuisance six counts

Bobby James Turner, 22 — driving under suspension second offense

Sandy Delena Gordon, 33 — bondsman off bond possession of a controlled substance

Barry Lee Hall, 51 — pedestrian in road bench warrant

Larry James Moyer, 40 — unsafe tires, driving under the influence first offense, improper display of tag frame, simple possession of marijuana, South Carolina Highway Patrol hold for possession of a controlled substance
