LETTER: More of same in D.C.

More of the same in D.C.

More of the same from Washington?

Even after the hearings explaining what happened in Benghazi, Libya, Sen. Graham’s threat to disrupt the nomination of two key members of the President’s cabinet appears to be more of the same in Washington.

We must insure that we get these nominees on the job quickly in the interest of national security of the United States.

To find information, to ask legitimate questions about tragic incidents is appropriate. And, yes we must learn from our mistakes. That’s what hearings are for. To dwell on those incidents and use them to block the process in not only appropriate but shameful.
