Breakfast at the Gallops is an opportunity you won’t be able to pass up.
The experience will give attendees a chance to have access to Thoroughbred trainers, find out exactly what they do, and learn about the training routines of Thoroughbred racehorses as they prepare for their upcoming campaigns at racetracks nationwide.
The seventh annual Breakfast at the Gallops, a fundraiser for the Aiken Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame and Museum, will be held Wednesday, March 13, from 8 to 10 a.m., at the Clockers Stand at the Aiken Training Track.
Thoroughbred trainers at the Aiken Training Track will provide the audience with an inside look at their world, explaining how their training program prepares juveniles for the racetrack and provides older horses with the conditioning and fitness level they need to be successful when returning to the races.
Breakfast at the Gallops is being sponsored by Mosaic Racing Stable, Larlee Construction, Folly, The Aiken Horse, New Moon Cafe, Fox and Hound Realty and the Aiken Training Track.
Tickets for Breakfast at the Gallops are now one sale for $20 in advance and $25 at the gate. There is no admission charge for children 6 and younger. Tickets can be purchased at the following locations: the Aiken Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame and Museum, the Aiken Training Track Office, the H. Odell Weeks Activities Center, Folly and Meybohm Realty.
Tickets can also be purchased online at aikentrainingtrack.com. Space to the event is limited.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the Aiken Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame and Museum.
