Blotter for Feb. 9

An Aiken woman reported on Feb. 2 that someone took the electric meter box from the side of her Sumter Street home.

A 29-year-old Aiken woman reported being assaulted while walking on Richland Avenue on Wednesday. The woman told officers she was walking to her Catawba Street home about 9 p.m. when a man approached her from behind, grabbed her by the hood on her jacket and threw her to the ground.

Vehicle break-ins were reported to Aiken Public Safety on Oriole Street, Cox Avenue and South Aiken Lane.

A stolen vehicle was reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Seastrunk Street in Graniteville on Thursday.

A burglary was reported on Airport Road in Wagener on Thursday. The homeowner reported a television missing.

Vehicle break-ins were reported to the Sheriff’s Office on Todd Avenue in North Augusta and Fourth Street in Clearwater.
