The War Between the States Lecture Series will continue at the Aiken County Historical Museum, 433 Newberry St. S.W., on Monday at 7 p.m. David B. Thompson of Limestone College will perform Southern piano music that was played during the Civil War era. Among the pieces that will be featured are “General Lee’s Grand March” and “Major General Hampton’s Quickstep.” On Feb. 4, the speaker will be Charles Hilton. Hilton will tell the story of Confederate currency.
