A 17-year-old woman reported on Tuesday that she was assaulted by three teenage females at the park in Crosland Park after a basketball game at South Aiken High School. One of the suspects reportedly kicked the victim in the right eye and bit her on her left cheek.
Vehicle break-ins were reported on Charleston Street and Gregg Avenue on Tuesday.
An AT&T employee reported on Wednesday that someone entered an AT&T work center during the night and took 1,200 feet of copper wire.
Aiken Public Safety officers responded to an alarm at a business on Park Avenue around 2:20 a.m. on Thursday. The alarm was reportedly caused by an open side door.
An air conditioner unit was reported stolen from a home on Lanier Road in Beech Island on Wednesday.
Burglaries were reported to the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday on Church Street in Graniteville, Duke Street in Aiken and Lonely Pine Lane in Windsor.
Officers responded to a suspicious fire in a vehicle found at the Jackson Boat Landing in Jackson on Wednesday. The vehicle was fully burnt, had no wheels and was sitting on cement blocks. The vehicle identification number had reportedly been removed.
